The Opportunity

AN OBVIOUS
MARKET GAP

New Brunswick has no quality outdoor go-kart track with winter operation. FVK will be the region's only motorized entertainment destination, serving a pent-up demand from over 800,000 residents and Atlantic Canadian tourists.

The leading candidate site is the Vanier Industrial Park, Fredericton — a GI (General Industrial) zone with full water and sewer infrastructure. We are currently evaluating sites of 8 acres or more to find the best fit for the project.

Our Foundation

WHY WE
BUILD FVK

FVK is not just a business — it's a commitment to community, to sport, and to the next generation of New Brunswick.

01
Purpose

Why We Exist

New Brunswick has 800,000 residents, 1.5 million annual tourists — and zero professional-grade karting facilities. FVK exists to fill that gap and, in doing so, create something far greater than a track: a destination, a community, a legacy.

02
Vision

Where We're Going

To become Atlantic Canada's premier motorsport destination — a place where families, competitors and communities converge around the shared thrill of speed, precision and performance. A track that puts New Brunswick on the motorsport map.

03
Mission

What Drives Us

To inspire children and youth to pursue competitive sport — where grit, discipline and the will to win transcend the track and become life skills they carry forever. Every lap is a lesson. Every race is a classroom.

04
Social Commitment

Our Promise to the Community

FVK is committed to building a legacy beyond business. Through the FVK Junior Program, we introduce youth aged 8–17 to competitive motorsport as a discipline for life. The values learned here — focus, resilience, determination — don't stay on the finish line. They follow our young drivers into classrooms, careers and communities.

Zero Competition

The nearest indoor karting facility is Kartbahn Racing in Halifax, NS — 270 km away. Fredericton's 122,500-resident metro area has zero direct competitors. FVK enters a completely uncontested market with full price control from day one. (Source: Statistics Canada CMA 2024; TripAdvisor)

02

Captive Audience

Fredericton's metro area reached 122,500 residents in 2024 — growing at 4.5% per year, triple the city's own forecast. Add 10,272 university students (UNB + STU), a median household income of $73,000, and zero world-class indoor entertainment venues. The demand exists. The supply does not. 03

Year-Round Revenue

New Brunswick's real GDP grew 1.8% in 2024 — sixth-highest in Canada — with all-season demand driven by a growing population and corporate sector. FVK's indoor + outdoor dual-track design captures revenue in all four seasons. Cold winters are a competitive advantage: heated facility, ice karting, and corporate events unavailable anywhere within 270 km. (Source: GNB Economy in Review 2024)

"This is not a bet on a market.
This is a bet on a community that is ready."

FVK is not built on government grants or tax incentives. It is built on conviction, community, and the belief that New Brunswick deserves a world-class destination — built by someone who chose to call it home.

BEYOND THE TRACK

A SPORT THAT
CHANGES LIVES

In a world where screens dominate childhood, karting offers something rare: real speed, real focus, real community. FVK will create a space where children and youth discover discipline, courage, and teamwork — far from the digital void.
